State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-13
For readers in California (under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA) and in other US states that have enacted comprehensive privacy legislation (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah among them), this notice sits on top of the Privacy Policy and adds the disclosures those laws require.
Sharing Practices
Personal information is not sold for money by Mealgrace. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.
Categories at a Glance
Applicable categories are identifiers (IP address, cookie and device identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, referring URLs, session timing on mealgrace.com), and — where volunteered — an email address. Collected from your device, and from analytics or advertising vendors where those are in use.
Exercising Your Rights
The rights are: access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, plus in some states a right of appeal where a request is refused. Nobody is penalised for using them; you will not be charged differently or given a lesser version of the site.
How to Exercise
Write to hello@mealgrace.com describing your request. Opt-outs can also be exercised without writing at all, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser — we act on that signal automatically. Requests are verified via the email address used, handled within statutory deadlines, and may be submitted by an authorised agent holding your written permission.
